l would like to take this opportunity in thanking you Astra billiards for your outstanding service.Not many companies come to the party in resolving issues like your company has.As l realise that my situation is an isolated incident, the courtesy and concern by all of you at Astra billiards to resolve the situation was outstanding. To be able to choose another table and also have a refund of the difference in price, and have it delivered and refund back into my account within 24 hours was excellent.

The service and concern l received from Tony, Mark and you was of the highest standard l have ever experienced in resolving a situation. l have highly recommended Astra billiards to all my friends and work  associates.  Keep up the good work.

I just wanted to say thank you for the supply and delivery of our pool table.

We are so happy with the way it looks and plays Thank you also to the floor staff who answered my many questions in a prompt manner, weather it be by phone or email. I felt I bought the table with confidence and knowing the after sales support will be second to none.
